Abstract

This research is entitled Theme in Sherzad Hassan’s   stories with the example of the story(Sisters, Widow, Scarecrow  Neighbourhood). Theme is obviously present in much of the research and criticism of new European and Arabic literature   Kurdish   critics   have  paid great attention to it in years .The term theme plays a major criticism in revealing and finding the main idea of a literary text. This research consists of three axis .The first axis briefly describes the term theme in terms of language . The second axis describes the definition of the term. The third axis, the theme of   Sherzad   Hassan’s   stories with the example of the story(Sisters, Widow, Scarecrow  Neighbourhood)of the devils are discussed and researched.
